The steward training you are about to start has three sections. This first section focuses on how to intake the critical information for a workplace issue. This section has three parts. We recommend you do one per day. Each will take about 1 hour. The three parts are:

(1) Describe a problem you have experienced.

(2) Practice workplace issue intake on a scenario presented to you.

(3) Practice workplace issue intake with a co-worker.

You must complete each part to save your work and have it sent to you. If you haven't already, login (or register and then login) now, otherwise we cannot send you your work.
